It's quite sad, but at the same time difficult to feel sympathy for those engaged in what can only be described as reckless spending.
The housing situation seemingly only gets worse in this country. I also realise a lot of people over leveraged, especially with respect to housing, is based not on greed but a simple desire to own a home. Sadly, they will likely be the first impacted by what is to come, not just property speculators drawing down on equity.
We learn nothing, and simply repeat the same mistakes.
