I think this is fair. Admittedly i am struggling re adjusting to society post lockdown HOWEVER this has not stopped the mrs thrashing my credit card on apparently "essential shopping" at the malls. And by all account they are rather busy.
It is fair to assume that online shopping will increase into the future, this has been the case for the last ten years. With every change comes adaption and innovation, the theory of survival tells us so. So indeed it is likely that we will see a change in way malls are run and changes in which products/services shops offer. saying this reminds me of a from a well known sci-fi flick
Something to look forward to me thinks.
Regardless though remember, it's 'bricks and mortar', especially valuable during uncertain times.
