Not down ramping just personal experience. I just "sacked" Telstra this morning due to their poor service of NBN. Reason is simple they switched me to NBN last month however the internet speed was even slower than When I was on ADSL2+. And their customer service is absolutely crap and no solution is provided. And their attitude is like Telstra do not care losing a small customer like me. Alright, here you go. I won't invest Telstra until they know what they are doing. Hope good luck to holders though.
