In late July KGL did a similar, but smaller scale, rights/placement in that the rights issue was prices lower thant he placement (6.5c versus 7.7c).
On relisting after trading halt, the SP fell back to just above the placement price. It traded in a tight range for a month then broke out STRONGLY.
If history repeats, then as long as people have funds to take up their rights, they should be pretty satisfied with holding onto this.
