Contendors for gaming machine licences (assuming no change to industry structure) include UNITAB, Sky City, Victorian Racing Industry (maybe), TABCORP (obviously), a new Gaming Infrastructure Fund (a possibility - would be put together by Macquarie or Babcocks).

If industry structure changes to something more like NSW or QLD, then suddenly there is very little role at all for Tattersall's.
