These guys deserve a lot of credit for the way they raise capital.
They have never been to market with a CR to brokers like most spec start ups.
They have consistently raised capital at well above market price from well connected players who are interested in investing in the business, rather than just pumping and flipping shares like most brokers who underwrite raises.
