Have you contacted the company asking for this information specifically and they would not divulge the requested information?
If so this is entirely above board as it could be considered insider trading, they will release the information to the market evenly and fairly to all investors as it becomes available and also at a time it is deemed material and necessary to inform shareholders and the market.

Do you mean they are choosing not to release information that you know is available?
This being the case you appear to be implying that the company is withholding information which could affect the share price materially in effect placing the company in breach of its listing rules. What evidence do you have of this information?
