    If you think the share is going to still drop (it's very likely with the additional dilution today ann brings)

    Sub 3 is where this is already heading. Let's hope it's not sub 2 in a few weeks...

    Usually the fall out from any CR is about 4 weeks from ann date.
    Share will trend down for a month if no news just off this announcement
