As the A Class dont have ordinary voting rights my understanding is that you do not need to make any decleration on them as they cannot influence the running of the business.
As for the buyers, I suggest that there are a few interested smaller hedge players who have now found it an interesting opportunity as I have been approached by some asking me a bit about the compeny.
I agree that GPASA has done a great deal to try and hold this board accountable and congratulations for his efforts.
The challenge now is, if the transactions are legal there is nothing to argue about. I suggest that they are and that they have been structured in that way to help ensure that the vote gets up.
If it doesn't get up I suggest that there will be a great deal of investors that will not be happy. Remember the vote on the A Class must be greater than 75% so the majority rule can loose out.
