Bluegoose, how do you know that? Several Aussie miners have overseas cornerstone investors that have "let" the price collapse, GBG, FML, NGF ....
And, in any case, how could they stop it going too low? If they want to buy more they need FIRB approval. And if the price is falling, why would they keep buying just to prop up the price?
If you are relying on cornerstone investors to prevent the price falling as a pillar of your investing strategy, I suggest you should think again.
