    Fishinnick, when I pointed out that "deep pockets" are not needed to make a takeover bid it was in reference to what MarkieMills posted about SLR & IGR:

    "... the possibility of a counter bid needs to be factored in as well.

    (Re counter bid - somebody with deep pockets would be better off grabbing both SLR and IGR IMO...."
