These broker calls are just noise what matters is what the end market cap is likely to be if the merger goes ahead minus a few stores in the same locations the ACCC wants sold, divided by the final number of shares
The way I look at it is once you work out the likely market cap if should be pretty easy to work out the likely trading price
Key factors being any escrow of CWH holders?
Who are they? (Will they want to sell out?)
Fact it will end up being in the top 100 assuming it proceeds (despite whatever the ACCC conditions) - so big super, fundies and instos will want in not out
How else can they get in unless they buy on market?...
Usually they get fed these listings by having their snouts in the trough
They can't do that here, which could be a big plus supporting the SP post merger IMO
Just depends on the likely final market cap
