My apologies for asking questions rolleyes.png
I am much more savvy and used to observing and knowing how these instos behave before and after they get cheap shares in a normal IPO listing.
It is clear to me they may well be "locked out" of these sort of snouts in the trough advantages (this time) with this sort of "reverse" listing.
So I am finding it more difficult to think through how they might behave.
In the next few months what will some do with the cheap shares they got at 70c? But also post "listing"?
In a way it is kind of "cleaner" they may well be left out of it.
If they are locked out that is a definite SP positive for those already holding pre merger.
Like I said there is also the flip side of downward pressure from those current owners "selling out" into the reverse listing
I'd be interested in others views how they see the post merger share transactions behaving.
    Thanks
    IMO/NA
