So I've been a Telstra Business Customer for over 10 years.
They have recently become so pathetic it's a joke.
ZERO Customer Service.
I'm so excited I've just signed up with a competitor, who employs humans, in Australia, who are competent, and can even answer a telephone.... something Telstra Cannot do.
Consider this with your investments....
Telstra Mobile network is good.
But customer service is HORRIBLE
