It came out from my bad math
on 25/6/14, SP=299c
SP=342c, on 5th trading day after released TTS won the $540m
gained 43c within 5 trading days
Now not only have to pay back $540m, also Tatts is also required to pay the State’s costs of the appeal and its costs of the proceedings in the Victorian Supreme Court and Victorian Court of Appeal. Plus own legal fees.
I know they were not cheap, but do not know exactly. Assump 20% of top of $540m.
43c*20%=9c
43c+9c=52c
yesterday close=391c
project------------>391c -52c =339c=$3.39
I made small short and would add more short if price increased
