    Open briefing just posted states $2.5mUS per month net cash flow.....that's $44m/annum net cash flow. Take out the asset value of 32% interest in ARW, and you get net market cap of something like $125m.

    so, net cash flow of $44m, on a market cap of $125m.........CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
