Currently we hold all the risk cause all the points you make ( most ) are unknowns... The market has been waiting to see the type of deal we get as it will mirror the confidence of the prospective partner. It will also be important to see who will be THE PARTNER as the bigger they are the more expertise at the helm...
So as i said currently we hold all the risk but a jv comming in and asking 50% with 7-10 million cash would significantly de risk the "investment" as it will show that the seychelles play is ACTUAL feasible for someone like shell, total, mobile to jump in
Nothing except death and taxes are certain in life, every stock i see has risk attached...boils down to your research and how "big your manhood is" to take that gamble...after all the majors did not just appear out of nowhere...they all had to go through this natural stage of progression...
