Guys, unless I am missing something directors are not converting options, they are being issued them.
If all Springtree have is $741k worth of options that's only 24.7m shares if sold at 3c. Not a lot when you consider the past few days turnover. Heck mgmt might even be able to place this holding given recent interest, and some lucky bugger could get a 2% holding at 3c, or there abouts.
PIGS can you spot me some reddies.
