    re: apg - is it time? Tentative but definite break yesterday above the relentlessly downward trendline, but on very low volumes. Depth remains good. Regular dumper of 100,000 lots seems to have gone (end of tax year?). Any sniff of good news might set off the annual price hike. With Iluka and others making moves in the mineral sands field, surely APG has a role (even if it is as a cheap takeover at current low prices)?
    Watch this space..........
