    Funding for working capital and to finalise the design and costing for the pilot plant modifications has been secured and will be announced shortly.

    Rasing $5m+ by selling shares at a discount?
    Wonder if they scored something like the Ticor financing deal before from one of the majors?
    Wonder what 'shortly' means?
