From AFR Global private markets investor Partners Group is closing in on Australian pathology, medical centres and diagnostic imaging business Healius.Street Talk understands the Swiss private equity bigwig – which has had considerable success globally in healthcare assets – will offer about $3.40 a share for Australia's Healius, in a bid valuing the company at about $2.1 billion.
