As far as BCNO are concerned , they have a 20c strike price and expire on 31st August this year (Not for the faint hearted!!!). BCNOA's definately the go , but as far as the conversion of options as discussed here the last couple of days, pretty sure about 2 weeks depending on the quantity is about standard lead time. I think the old method of sending in a cheque and not BPAY etc. is also to discourage traders converting to sell imediately to make the most of any variance in heads price, rather than holders converting to keep in the portfolio.
