Pivalde-- I am at a loss as to where you have concluded that Sinclair is the buyer of 137mm new shares.
Since his group is the >20% major shareholder it would trigger takeover rules.
The BNY Mellon announcements are as the custodian of the ADRs and would indicate that the buyer is Nasdaq investor
