    Correction needs to close above 20


    Technically no breakout has occurred.Previous resistance @ 20 was broken momentarily unfortunately with no follow through, did not close above 20 today to confirm it . We had a large increase in volume for minimal gain today , I'm not implying it may not continue, based on past history it could go either way.
