This is from OBL announcement 15 Jan 2013 "Derby Block"
Company expects a formal determination by the NNTT under section 35 of the Native Title Act allowing possible award of the permit later this month.
Any day now if that announcement is correct. Eventhough the estimated dates have been pushed out multiple times.
I am hoping for a positive determination any day and OBL jump back to 4 - 5c. OBL will hold all the aces in the pack if awarded native title.
OBL will have a native title on an asset large companies want. However, a takeover at these low prices could de rail OBL's plans.
Bring it on.
