I will be pleasantly surprised if we hear about Native Title by the end of Jan, but I am not holding my breath.
"anticipated during February/March 2013" - this could easily translate into March/April or later, as we have seen in the past. This procedure is now out of managements' hands, so we wait and see.

Mind you, should Native Title be determined in our favour, then it will have been worth waiting for.
