I would not be relying on Public Servants and lawyers to get a move on re: this Native Title. More time = more money for the latter and the former get paid regardless of the outcome.
With a WA election looming though, you can bet the WA Govt will push hard for this to be settled soon.
Best to be a patient, long term holder with OBL. TO use a well known quote, everything will happen 'in the fullness of time'.
