For those people wanting further clarification on when an expected decision on native title is due.

I have done some research, I made enquiries within certain WA Govt Departments to explain the process and when they expect a determination.

I called at the beginning of January and they expected mid January but no guarantees. If not they will follow up with the decision maker and ask why it has not been done. My next phone call was yesterday and they were particular and said a determination will be made by end of the week.

It ties in with OBL's announcement 'by the end of the month'. This show's OBL give's estimates based on what they have been told.

So those people who complain that the share price is going up due to inside trading. You have got it wrong.

I am just taking a punt on OBL's announcement and doing my research. Quietly picking up a few more at ridiculous levels.

Fingers crossed it goes OBL's way and it will be game on for young and old.
