Even if you go off the conservative analysis of Hartleys, they value PIR at 67c before any upgrade.
Even an upgrade on the lower side of 1mill will have this valued fairly at close to 90c to $1.
I too don't like seeing us going down so close to an ann.
But I am long term invested in PIR and will continue to wait for the 2mOZ plus.
It is a sit tight game at the mo.
