I personally think all of the above comments reveal the fact that Management need to get the announcement out which was promised on the 25th July 16, in order to clarify the situation.

I do remember reading an earlier announcement which I think said, the Divan deal had been put back until 4th August??
Feel free to correct me, if I am wrong.

Anyway, my main point is, Management need to do what the title says - Manage.
That includes updating the shareholders (that is us).

The ASX/ASIC has strict rules around the issuing of announcements to the market - if things are happening and announcements have NOT been made, the regulators, for starters, will not be pleased.
