Why.

1) There are less buyers so prices drift.

2) Buyers can see much better buys than stocks that
are doing badly. You just have to look at companies that have come up with exellent results and their price
has barely held its own.

In my opinion now is the time to work on bottom trawling lists.

As far as Telstra is concerned it is going so bad that I
doubt that the next Labour Government would even nationalise it.

What if some nasty person pointed out that in many
overseas countries there is no charge for local calls.
