with fe at almost A$140 a tonne the bears are truly still on top
the stock still sits at 3.45 and on up days its tough work and down days its like going down a slide..just too easy
the bears have spread a huge amount of fear re fe and china and it has worked some of it may be justified some of it prob not
i do the simple math on earnings in nxt 12 months at spot and get over $1 per share eps yet we trade on a p/e of <3.5 times...for a stock that is growing earnings in double digits that is seriously pessimistic
the problem is analysts have fe in at 80/90/100 and aussie higher too...we are at the mercy of large hedge funds, black boxes and anything else given the almost $1bln bet on the stock in shorts at the moment
given the cash flow they are generating i would love to see a sale of 50% tpi and a nice healthy dividend to reward long suffering shareholders at the result (a cut in int rates in china would also help)
really am just about over the stock market!!!
