With all those people desperate to convert to common stock,
I reckon we will see a substantial fall on the Nasdaq tonight.
The most interesting aspect will be the volume.
Whoever got $26 for their common stock last night is laughing, just hope they are smart enough to buy back their holdings as CDI's around the $1.60 mark.
There will be more than a few slabs of beer in the profit from that little exercise!
