    What if the 15 million at 1.9 cents is a prop.

    Last week there was the reverse on the sell side with massive sells between 1.8 and 2.0cents.

    Those orders got pulled (not filled) which saw PDY move through to 2.1cents.

    What if the buy orders at 1.9 are removed? Will this see PDY fall back to 1.5cents

    It happened last week, could the reverse happen?? Is that possible??
