    Hi Slappi

    No doubt you have this in your query.. but my main issue is why do they need to do this deal with Scaraborough? And why the CEO was quoted in the AFR as saying it is 'good news' when existing shareholders will be materially diluted by the deal (diluted by 17%?).

    No doubt the above may be answered when we see their cashflows on Feb 25...
