Since the GFC there has been a new breed of DT emerged, the " next higher line seller ". The most bought at 3.3 and 3.4 today and they want to sell straight after buying with a profit or just the loss of the trading fee. That's why they line up at 3.4 and 3.5c. Only few stocks had been allowed to have a real run in the past weeks, SSC doesn't belong to those.

Therefore we have to wait for further real progress anns and have to watch the big guys snapping up more and more shares in the meantime.
