    This post & your earlier response are spot on.

    Accumulators struggle when traders buy in big licks & limit the SP drop, but sell in small parcels, encouraging the SP to increase.

    This is just a commonsense approach to counter the BOTS / Manipulating Accumulators - they've had it too much their own way for too long, IMO.
