    AGS can go ahead.
    Its lease joins Beverley Uranium Mine.
    No new plant or equipment required.
    jv with Heathgate already in place.
    This will just be an extension.
    ERA did the same thing with Jabiluka (Ranger North)which is 30Km from Ranger.

    Heathgate only need to pipe the leachant 5-8Km to the Beverley plant.

    AGS has a great resource and can bypass most of the legislative hurdles.
    It will not be classified as a new mine.
    It will not need to build a plant.
    Mining the block next door by insitu leaching should be a piece of cake. (yellow cake!)

    Drilling finishes soon.
