    I would imagine they would be able to mine within 12-18 months if the go ahead was given.
    EIS has already been done for the block next door.
    Native Title should not be a big problem.
    Remember Mike Rann the Labour Premier is pro Uranium mining and supports all existing mines.
    This is an extension to an existing mine, it is not a new mine.
