Say you have 10000 shares. This gives you 5882 (subject to rounding) rights.
Normally you have 3 options:
1) take up some/all your rights(spend$3.85 each)
2) as the rights will trade on market you can sell them. Typically the code would be stor. You would have to pay brokerage in this case but you know what you get and when.
3) do nothing, in which case your rights will be sold through a book build and you get a payment for residual.
