Take a look over the ORG threads. They just undertook a similar rights issue.
If i recall correctly the book build was sold for 5.35 per share. The share price at the announcement of this was ~ 5.61.
Holders were given ORGR at a 4.00 exercise. I.e call your broker or respond to the documentation you will recieve and pay 4 dollars to convert ORGR -> ORG
If you take no action your rights will be sold say for example a broker buys the rights at 5.85 in 3 weeks time. You will recieve 2 dollars for each right you left in your account.
