I also think 7.5mmcf/d is low side - don't forget this 3.8 reported today is only from one zone from one well - from memory, we already have proven a couple of mmcf/d from the 2 old wells?? so the other testing to come will have to fail miserably to end up with a 7.5 total

IPM were aiming for 20bcf at the top end over the whole gas drilling campaign and they found more than they thought they would in a couple of the wells, so to be optimistic or perhaps realistic, you could say 20bcf which will be produced in each year at say 8bcf (22mmcf/d),then 6bcf, then 4bcf and trailing off with the rest

optimistic case of course but whatever way you look at it, the closing SP of 1.15 is still a bargain and only covers Selmo (loved that line about Selmo still producing at 1000bopd for another decade or so - at which time POO will probably be $500)
