I think that this is the case. Norges, or another institution holder could be in trouble due to the Repo market dilemma. The Fed is injecting billons daily (QE4) and the 10 year Bond Yield has been turned on its head. It wouldn't surprise me that JPM smell this and are going in for the kill to acquire SBM at bargain prices!
