Funny thing is you should be killing it!
IMO- I did see an article where it stayed that goldies were being heavily shorted as the shorters felt gold had hit a peak so really one way to go- price down.
Not sure if that’s the case or even part of the reason but it is weird- normally perfect time to buy and hold when shares at peak in profit- but the ASX is rife with ‘shorting’ which artificially sets a new price- the shorters happy to drive sp down as they make more!
