Yes, I know, IMHO SBM will not descend to really bad levels, say below 200, it will hold up even in spite of POG. PNG a situation could change by 2028 but the call yesterday was not a good portent from this appalling Government they have now got.
On the exploration activity, I think they need to lift the suspension, Shackleton’s dig at SBM and Jetson was particularly poignant.
Should fall to the bearish resistance in the 220s based on the newsflow and downgrade before the next leg up. Was always going to fall today, almost 4% was light, it could have done thrice more IMHO but LT it is still looking oversold.
