What's the deal with the sell down to 14.5c and the ask stacked? Tax-loss selling? Surely after 2 years of this saga the sellers would be out of ammo
Or is the market suggesting the merger won't go ahead?
Apart from a NO vote, the best chance could be FIRB rejection for the merger. That would mean more short-term share price pain, but hopefully flush out a reasonable cash offer for one of the two development assets, not an outright gift of both
