Reiner, my decision is more about dumping the current useless board as it is anything else! I feel very good about that.

I would have sold out long ago if I wasn't in such a hole with this stock.

If the 3 amigos get in I'll take part in the rights issue to avoid dilution and be "all in", but even if change my mind and I don't take part in the rights I expect the capital return down the road will more than compensate for the initial dilution.

Note the 3 amigos have said if they are elected they will look into all options for raising the capital, including possibly selling CSD and taking a loan. Right now without all the company details they are not in a position to say whether a loan is possible but they will definitely look into it. So 40% dilution is not inevitable.
