Like most spikes, it is hard to tell if there will be further spikes in the short term. And it is possible that when all settles down, that the price settles above the current level.
Although the opposite could be true and it could drop back and settle around the low 20s until further news is released.
If you have a long term outlook and all goes as planned, then it will still be a good buy at these levels.
But as in all investing, use caution as the market can be illogical and unpredictable.
