I like the sound of that!
I reckon the theaory is to sell 1/3 of hholdings when SP doubles.......... if you think original still has juice in the tank.
I have been hanging on to a stock FMG that has been kind and yet I know I want to move on. It has given me good profit but its really accelerated run may slow a bit oher than a spike when an annnouncementis made confirming finance in place - so I want to look at the next "elevator" but I have an opportunity to sell 1/2 my FMG and re-invest keeping the other half for a new speculative opportunity. I allocate just a small portion of portfolio to speculatives but because of some success this is growing in $ and needs to be broken down into smaller shareholdings for my own good.

Hence mmy fishing around for good opportunities.
