Question: on the Hotcopper the Chi-x NOR SP seems to be leading the ASX NOR SP by approximately half a cent at times if not most of the time today...Does this mean that the Chinese investors/traders are leading the way NORth for the NOR SP? Is it a time difference reason between China and Australia or something else? Thank you.
